Returns & Refunds

Every CatchnRelease item is printed on demand just for you, so we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Please choose your size carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted, email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a refund.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Returns window

Returns are for faulty or misprinted items only, within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and, if we need the item back, we'll tell you where to post it. We don't accept change-of-mind or wrong-size returns.

Shipping

Flat-rate shipping per order: A$9.95 to Australia, US$6.95 to the United States. Delivery times from order: Australia: up to 4 days. United States: 7 to 14 days.
